Janamashtmi was celebrated at Shemrock Smiles Prep. School , Mansa Devi Complex, here with the piety and great religious fevour. On this very pious occassion the school was decorated tastefullu with marigold flowers and colourful buntings etc. All children of Shemrock Smiles dawned upon the school premises attired as Radha / Krishna and danced about joyously. The children The children of Mont-11 and 111 also chanted the bhajans in praise of Lord Krishna.
Mrs. Teenu Jolly , director of the school helped little Krishna and his friends to break the matki filled with sweets for them to enjoy. She also narrated stories from the life of Lord Krishna to apprise them of the various facets of his life and character. All the children enjoyed kheer and mithai to mark the occasion associated with milk, maakhan chor.
