CHANDIGARH, SEPT 29

Students of Golden Bells Public School, Sector – 77, Mohali, along with two other schools visited Nepal Embassy   and interacted with the Nepalese Ambassador Mr. Rukma Shumsher Rana on  September 28. The trip was organised by Athena Ventures.
This was a dream come true for these students as they got exclusive personal time with the Ambassador. They talked about the friendly relations between India and Nepal, Nepalese culture, traditions and famous Nepalese tourist attractions. Students were very excited and cleared their queries about Nepal’s heritage and culture. They also wished to visit Nepal to enhance their knowledge which they have gained just through books earlier.
Students learnt a lot from this visit. They were marveled by the hospitality extended by Embassy officials and their discipline. Students also visited National Museum and Delhi Haat after spending quality time with the Nepalese Ambassador.
The visit concluded with the celebration of Punjab Day at Delhi Haat. The visit was quite educative and students thanked Chairman Col. C.S. Bawa (Retd.) and Athena Ventures for giving them this opportunity.
