MOHALI, FEB 20
The moment of bidding farewell is always emotional one in the human life. Such moments are marked by sweet memories and best wishes in the heart for the parting friends. Similar moments came alive in Golden Bells Public School in Sector 77 here today when students of Class IX bid farewell to their seniors. The party began with the ritual of applying tilak to the outgoing X class students.
Class IX students presented a vibrant and rocking dance performance which was a medley of popular dance numbers, bhangra and fun-filled games were also organised.
All the outgoing students were looking charming in their colourful dresses. Gifts and titles further enhanced their happiness. They expressed their gratefulness to the teachers for their valuable guidance and untiring efforts for always showing them the right path.
At the end, the Chairman of the school wished the outgoing students best of luck for their future. He inspired them to always follow the right moral values in the life, ahead and spread the fragrance of kindness, modesty and good moral values.
On the basis of their talent, Amandeep Singh was crowned as Golden Boy and Jyotmeen Kaur was crowned as Golden Girl. Similarly Saksham Dhawan and Priyanka were adjudged as the Best Dressed up Boy & Girl respectively. The party culminated with a sumptuous lunch.
