Golden Bells Public School, Sector-77, Mohali celebrated Yellow Day for Kindergarten wing with fun and frolic. Children came attired in beautiful yellow coloured dresses and enjoyed the day with lots of enthusiasm and charm.
Each class selected a theme i.e Sunflower for Pre-Nur., Sun for Nursery and Mango for K.G. class.
Children brought yellow coloured food and fruits and enjoyed fruit chat party. Kiddies-piggies danced on the rhymes and also sung the rhymes.
Two children from each class represented the sunflower, sun and mango and whole of the class represented the yellow day by putting yellow coloured batches.
The idea of celebrating the day is to enhance the effectiveness of learning through fun and creativity and Yellow Day was celebrated to built in confidence and eagerness among little kids to learn and grow through carious things which they see in day to day life.
At the end sweets were distributed among the kids.
