Mr. Sahil ( X C) , Miss Shivani ( X B) , Miss.Suchita Jain (X1 Non-Med) and Miss.Simran (X B) were declared the best speakers in the ‘Elocution Competition’ for classes VIII to XI. organised at St Soldier International School in Sector 28 B here today
The programme started with the welcome speech by Principal Sudesh Choudhary, where she welcomed Prof. S. C. Gakhar, Deptt. Of Education, and Mr. Arif Ahmed Al Ahdal, PhD. Scholar, English Department, P.U. Chandigarh. The students spoke on burning topics like ‘Girls’ Education’, exhibiting their oratorical skills.
At the end, the chief guest spoke to the students about the importance of the English and advised that the eloquence of the speech should match the eloquence of their actions, as the future of India is in their hands.
